We collect information that you provide to us directly, including contact information, such as Your name, last name, e-mail address, job title and company name, as well as other information that could be on your business card (such as your company address and phone number) when you visit our website or talk to us at a conference or other event, or if you are a customer. We use the information you provide to deliver our products and services, to send you some product or services content that we make available on our website and that you requested, or to get in touch with you about a demo/trial. We also use it to support our marketing efforts, including contacting you to provide additional information on our products and services.
We also collect some information automatically: when you visit our website (such as your device’s IP address, what pages your device visited) or when you use our services (usage information, log information and information collected by cookies and other similar technologies). Personal Information for which we act as a data processor:  We may process personal information on behalf of our customers in the context of supporting our products.  We do so in accordance with the instructions of our customers.  While our customers are in control of what personal information is processed by our products it will typically include personal information about individuals who are involved with the sale or support of our products.  For further information about how such information is handled by our customers, please refer to the privacy policies of those customers.

Sunera Technologies does not rent, sell, or share personal information about the user with any third party except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances, where:

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Sunera Technologies under extremely strict confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Sunera Technologies communicate with you about offers from Sunera Technologies and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

IT Service Management, it is the entirety of all IT-related activities in Suneratech, including planning, designing, delivering, operating, and controlling. ITSM is very customer-focused, with a big emphasis on improving and measuring processes.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal information you provide to us through a Website against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. Some of those measures include limiting which of our employees have access to the information on a need to know basis or to provide you with our products and services, subjecting our employees to privacy and security training,

We retain personal information that we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so.  If you are a client or vendor (or a representative of a client for vendor, your personal  information will be retained for a period of time to allow us to provide or receive the relevant services (as the case may be) and to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.  We will not retain your information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible and we have legal obligation to do so (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
