• Support global operations of Sunera Oracle Applications instance
• Investigate issues within Oracle Application functionality
• Determine root cause of the problems & resolves them
• Pro-actively monitor key business processes
• Work with end users to streamline business processes using Oracle functionality and improve the efficiency
• Develop functional and technical specifications to address new business requirements
• Knowledge in Oracle R12 Application – Manufacturing stream of modules such as BOM, Planning, WIP,
Quality,EAM and Costing
• Knowledge in AIM methodology
• Good communication and Inter personal skills
• Willingness to work on-site as per client requirement
