Doug Gilbert

Doug is our Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer. He has extensive experience leading product development, M&A integrations, ERP implementations and technology transformation.

He’s responsible for all technology functions, digital platforms, IT Services, product development and technology partnerships and development.

Jim Dwyer

Jim is our Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer. He has built digital transformation practices and delivered outstanding growth in management consulting for over 20 years.

Jim has pioneered digital organizations in the healthcare industry supporting over 100,000 physicians and conducting millions of monthly clinical transactions, helped design multiple payer/provider collaborations, and led consulting and strategy practices for digital transformation, interoperability, and application services.

John Abou

John is the CEO of the Customer Experience Management (CXM) practice at Sutherland. He’s held several other key leadership roles during his tenure, such as CEO of the Technology, Media, and Communication vertical, and SVP of Global Business Development. John’s core expertise is working within every aspect of the business development lifecycle, including the design, implementation and management of client relationships for some of the most recognized brands and partners in the world.

John is responsible for global service delivery. He has P&L ownership for the technology, media and communications vertical and is responsible for driving business development best practices throughout the organization.

Banwari Agarwal

Banwari is Chief Executive Officer of Sutherland’s Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) business. He is also responsible for Sutherland’s Digital Finance, Digital Engineering and Intelligent Automation businesses across all industry verticals.

Banwari affords our clients with extensive insights and experience on digital technologies and operations, including driving innovation and change at the highest levels of global business.

Anju Talwar

Anju is our Chief Solutions Officer at Sutherland and previously held the role of Chief People Officer. She has extensive experience building people related businesses across global marketing including countries in the developing world. She’s worked across operations, P&L management, quality, training and recruitment in various industries.

Anju oversees the functions of sales support from proposals, bidding, developing effective solutions, embedding digital assets to pricing and onboarding new clients through project managing transitions. In addition to this, Anju also works with verticals and horizontals on offering development.

Ranjit Pisharoty

Ranjit is the global head of service delivery and healthcare operations. He’s held several key positions in his 15+ year tenure, most notably driving transformation of the healthcare practice. Ranjit has also been critical to the success and subsequent growth of Sutherland’s portfolio of acquisitions.

Ranjit is responsible for service delivery operational excellence across all sites worldwide. He ensures customer delight throughout the delivery lifecycle through technology-enabled operations, process reengineering, operations research and identifying digital transformation and innovation opportunities.

Harita Gupta

Harita Gupta is Sutherland’s Head of Asia Pacific. Her focus is to establish Sutherland as a true Digital Transformation & Innovation partner for clients, while ensuring that Sutherland continues to be a great place to work for our people.

Harita brings vast experience in the Digital and IT/ITES services sector having worked with Global IT majors.

Post-pandemic, Harita is leading her teams to explore new and future-ready business and work models.

K.S. Kumar

K.S. Kumar is Sutherland’s Chief Commercial Officer. He has been with the company for almost 20 years holding roles of increasing responsibility. K.S. has diverse experience managing large projects across industries such as hospitality, infrastructure, technology, logistics and manufacturing. He’s passionate about mentoring and community development.

K.S. is responsible for global expansion efforts, ally physical assets, key market development and client relationship management as well as leading all government and community affairs partnerships.

James L. Lusk

Jim is the Chief Financial Officer at Sutherland. He is a critical business partner to the Chairman and CEO and provides strategic operational and financial guidance to grow the business. He has over 30 years of business management experience, mainly within telecommunications and pharmaceutical firms.

Jim is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley adherence, ethics and compliance, risk management, contract management, legal, procurement, travel, shared services business finance, and investment strategies.

Eric Tinch

Eric is the Chief People Officer at Sutherland. As a critical business partner to the CEO and the business leaders, Eric provides strategic guidance and drives operational excellence across all facets of the Global People Office. His focus is on the digital transformation of People Operations, to bring additional value, speed and simplicity to the business. Prior to Sutherland, Eric held executive positions driving organizational strategy, transformation, and global people operations at leading companies.

Eric’s responsibilities cover the breadth of employee experience and engagement, talent acquisition, learning & organizational development, people operations and service delivery, rewards & recognition, innovation & technology solutions, as well as digital transformation.

Sriram Panchapakesan

Sriram Panchapakesan is our CEO Telecommunications, Media, Technology and Europe Markets.

Sriram brings with him more than 25 years of global experience in consulting, technology services, digital transformation, business optimization and data analytics across Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Natural Resources, Chemical and Communication industries.

Ashok Jain

Ashok is the Vice Chairman at Sutherland. Prior to this role, he was Chief Operating Officer at Sutherland for fourteen years. Ashok has over 30 years of business development and operations management experience with a history and track record of building high-growth technology-led global sales, delivery, and process transformation companies.

Ashok is also responsible for leading the pursuits of our most complex deals.
