How It Works

FAQ’s

The CloudTestr service includes on-boarding and executing up to 100 Automated Test Scripts covering business-critical processes/functions for cloud. In addition, we’ll update and re-execute these automated tests when any changes are applied like Oracle updates or 3rd party application updates. The service also includes on-demand functional/technical support to fix any issues identified during testing, Service Request (SR) Management or any urgent requests from business requiring support.

CloudTestr is the leader in Cloud Applications automation and is the only Automation platform certified by Oracle. We have 100’s of pre-built scenarios available across all Oracle cloud applications enabling accelerated automation.

Business critical processes include Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report for Oracle ERP Cloud. Click here for more details. For Oracle HCM Cloud, critical processes will include Payroll processes and other pre-payroll processes like creating/updating element entries, payment methods calculation cards, involuntary deductions, time sheets & data inputs for payroll etc. Click here for more details.

We will need access to the customer cloud environment, test case documentation available and/or BR100 documents to help us understand your implementation.

Once we review the documentation provided and access the application to understand the customer specific implementation, we would request time from your SME for any clarifications we need based on our review. This could be 1-3 hours during the on-boarding period.

On-demand support covers any functional/technical support requiring fixes and/or enhancements, Oracle Service Request Management including logging, tracking, triaging and closing of SR’s, and reports support.

On-demand support will be charged at $30/hr and billed based on usage per month.

Customers can subscribe to CloudTestr automation testing service on-demand or as an annual subscription to support on-going quarterly updates for a reasonable cost. Contact us for subscription pricing information.

Clients have 2 options when it comes to data masking.

  • Customers can subscribe to and enable Oracle’s Data Masking solution in their test environment before each testing cycle.
  • For customers who do not subscribe to Oracle’s fee-based Data Masking Service, Suneratech offers a free Data Masking solution that customers can run to mask sensitive data during each testing cycle.
