Build a Captive

We offer two models for creating your Captive Technology Centre. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) that begins as an outsourcing engagement with specific goals and objectives, and the resources including infrastructure is transferred to you at an agreed transfer price after reaching the set milestones. Divested Joint Venture (DJV) is the other model that allows you leverage Captive Centre benefits right from day one. The shareholding ratio shifts from us to you progressively at a mutually agreed valuation and at the end of the set milestone you will end up owning the entire Captive Centre.
