Ravi Reddy, President and Chief Strategy
Ravi Reddy is Sunera’s President and Chief of Strategy, with overall responsibility for driving and enabling the growth, differentiation and innovation agenda of Sunera. In this role, he has oversight of all Sunera industry programs and responsibility for bringing innovation to clients through a unique blend of business capabilities across the company’s three growth platforms of Oracle Consulting, Product Development and Business Process Outsourcing. Additionally, he is responsible for the development of strategic partnership for revenue maximization through launch of Technology in developing markets. Mr. Reddy chairs the Sunera Developing Markets Council and is also a member of Sunera Group’s Executive Leadership Team.
Previously, Mr. Reddy had been Vice President and Head of Enterprise Solutions at HCL Technologies, a $5B global technology company, a role he held from 2006 through 2009. Prior to that, he served in multiple roles at HCL, between 2001 through 2006, including Head of Global Oracle Practice. Prior to HCL, Mr. Reddy has built IT Services and consulting businesses globally. Over last two decades, Mr. Reddy was responsible for many successful businesses, practices, JV’s, strategic customer acquisitions, solutions/IP’s and global program management.
Mr. Reddy leads Sunera’s involvement with the “Quality Education for All” initiative. In this capacity he serves as Managing Partner of Sunera Learnware, Private Limited, which enables the global education technologies companies to successfully develop solutions for developing markets. In addition, Mr. Reddy is on the board of directors of Caring Children International, which support multiple children centric initiatives in developing world.
Mr. Reddy holds master’s degree in business administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Srikanth Pakala, Chief Executive
Srikanth Pakala is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Sunera Technologies. Mr. Pakala is a visionary leader, managed large global programs, drove enterprise and IT transformation initiatives with over 18 years of information technology experience. Mr. Pakala is responsible for all of the company’s business operations across the markets of America and Europe. Mr. Pakala’s philosophy of driving business transformation through a single minded focus on customer service has enabled Sunera’s rapid growth. An engineering graduate of College of Engineering, Osmania University. Mr. Pakala is the founding member and Managing Partner of Sunera eSeal, Sunera Partners and Sunera Learnware.
Sudheer Mareddi, Managing Director and Chief Operations
Sudheer Mareddi is Sunera’s Managing Director and Chief of Operations with overall responsibility for the performance and efficiency of the organization. In this role, he combines innovation and operations excellence to build strategic assets – people, process, technology, intellectual property and brand; and utilize such assets to delight the organizations’ stakeholders – customers, employees, investors and society.
Mr. Mareddi brings over 21 years of rich IT and Engineering experience in globalization, technology and management. Previously, Mr. Mareddi had served the ILF&S Engineering & Construction Company, part of $1.52 billion ILF&S group, as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Buildings & Structures business. In his two years of association, Mr. Mareddi led the business to acquire over $450 million worth of several prestigious projects, including integrated townships, commercial campuses, industrial structures and defense infrastructure across the country. Prior to that, Mr. Mareddi has served Mahindra Satyam during its formative phase between 1997 and 2007 and built key markets and capabilities. As Vice President and business head, he provided leadership to a number of Mahindra Satyam businesses including Insurance & Healthcare vertical, Retail & Consumer Goods vertical, General Electric Global Development Centre and the Africa Markets. Mr. Mareddi had also pioneered a number of organization-wide initiatives related to operations excellence, leadership building and corporate learning; and established capacity in Tier II destinations at India and China. Prior to that, Mr. Mareddi was associated with Tata Consultancy Services during its formative phase between 1990 and 1997, leading technology solutions and establishing services globalization programs for a number of early movers amongst the Fortune 500 companies.
Sudheer is an Engineering Graduate from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. Mr. Mareddi is also the founding member and Managing Director of Sunera eSeal and Sunera Learnware.
Vinil Vadi, Chief of Technology
Vinil is the Chief of Technology at Sunera. Vinil is responsible for driving technology led innovation, fueled by Sunera’s mission to revolutionize how people engage with ideas and information. He oversees the company’s advanced technology labs and experience design team, leveraging their talent and expertise to identify and pursue new research and technology initiatives. Vinil also has responsibility for Sunera’s shared technologies across business units.
Prior to Sunera, Vinil served as Head of Mobility Innovation Labs at Mahindra Satyam a Multi-Billion Dollar IT Services company where he lead the company’s mobility group for enterprise solutions. Innovations include CoDA®, a CONTEXT based mobilization and personalization platform. During his decade long stint at Mahindra Satyam, Vinil held different responsibilities in IT Product Engineering, Business Intelligence and program management working across different cultures and regions, was recognized for innovative IT solutions and architectures. He won several awards including bagging ‘Innovation Star Awards’ consecutively for 3 years
Before joining IT Services group at Mahindra Satyam , Vinil worked for Asera Inc, where he pioneered XML based integration engines that enabled Asera’s customers to built truly scalable electronic B2B marketplaces. He also designed the user interface and developed the first server-side release of FireSERV® software for Redhat, later acquired by Asera. Vinil has a graduate degree in computer Science and is currently pursuing a MBA from Keller Graduate School.

Arjun Nalawadi, Vice President, Business Development
Arjun Nalawadi as the Vice President Business development at Sunera focuses on Education and Direct Customers segment. He brings with him Five decades of rich experience in Business and Partner development in Education & Training, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing and Entertainment industries spread over Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Canada and USA and is versatile and well versed in Sales, Joint ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounts management and growth. Arjun has extended experience with leading firms like HCL, Tata (in India, Malaysia and Singapore) and also had stint with entrepreneurship while in Canada in Consulting and IT Education and Training prior to moving into HCL as part of JV. He has developed business and markets in East and West. Arjun is an Industrial Engineering graduate with an MBA
Neetha Pai, Head of Oracle Consulting (Americas)
Neetha Pai as the Senior Director of consulting practice is responsible for managing Sunera’s onsite Consulting Practice. She brings extensive experience in professional services which have fostered Sunera’s multifaceted growth. Brimming with fresh, exciting and effective ideas Neetha’s inspiring background offers twenty years of Sales and Sales Management experience. The last ten of which have seen her focused exclusively on the recruiting and consulting industry.
Displaying an in-depth knowledge of Sales & Management techniques, Neetha holds a proven record of sales maximization, profit generation and managerial excellence. She has set the trend in Sunera for an “Employee First” philosophy which has fuelled the growth of Sunera’s Offshore and Onsite Consulting Practice. Born in Manipal India, Neetha holds commerce degree from MGM College; she launched her career working for BCE. After successfully completing their intensive management-training program she took on her first managerial role serving as HR Manager. While overseeing 200 employees and operations Neetha was instrumental in successfully managing large Government Contracts.
Guru Prasad Acharya, Senior Director and Head of Oracle Practice
Guru Prasad, as Senior Director, Heads the Oracle Practice in North America and is responsible for business growth, customer and alliance management in ERP, Fusion and Technology areas. Guru has over twelve years of leadership experience in Oracle and Oracle EBS. Experience spans multiple roles within Delivery, Operations and Program Management, Practice Management, Strategy Consulting and Business Development.
Prior to joining Sunera, Guru Prasad was the Head of Finance & Accounting Platform BPO Unit in TCS Americas – an innovative cloud based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering on Oracle for small and medium businesses worldwide. Guru Prasad was a Regional Head of Oracle Practice and has successfully led multiple global programs and managed several customer relationships and large teams in Europe, China, India and the US in a eleven year career with TCS.
Guru Prasad is an engineer from NMAM Institute of Technology, Karnataka. An active sportsperson and enthusiast, Guru Prasad lives in the Bay Area in California with his wife.
